You made your search result look like you're selling the ticket on behalf of the venue. You trick customers into thinking they are paying a fair price. I paid $78 for 2 tickets that are $34 on Ticketmaster. So $#*!ty. This is deceitful practice and there should be a law against it. I'll be reporting this to the FTC. I wish I could cancel my order. While I came up to the venue ticket checker they saw me open my email through not e tickets because they were awseome and I had a screen shot second I bought them. But I had purchased a second set through Vivid because they were the only place that had the sold out show then. I was having trouble finding them and asked the ticket checker to give me a second while I found them in my email. Someone with me mentioned maybe check under vivid. Then the bouncer ticket checker started to tell us he would not let us in because they were purchased through a third party app even though the printout for the ticket was the same the venue provides and was a valid ticket. After some back and forth I convinced him to scan and it was valid on the scan so he let me after some begging but reluctantly. But he was a $#*! and we almost did not get to go paying 75 instead of 25 original costs. Granted I had no prob lem paying that price because I wanted to go and it was sold out and my best choice
Terrible experience and terrible customer service. I ordered my tickets and they claimed to be delivered to my email and I still have not received them and customer service just sends the same email over and over. I definitely think it's a scam site and will never use it again. Out of over 200$ and no help from their team. Absolutely horrible

First time using this ticketing service. Price was ok, but I don't like the fact that I can't use their app to download tickets to. Their app is only for searching and purchasing. Still not 100% sure how I am going to get my tickets. Best I can figure is they will eventually email them to me? Everything should run through the app.

Platforms like Ticketmaster have restrictions on ticket transfers for a variety of reasons, but chief among them is to encourage using their own resale platform. Your own tickets have a delivery method that is listed on the Seller's notes, but it should also be on your confirmation email, as well as the delivery date.

My experience was that of being scammed, not only are your tickets listed at outrageous markups, but when a customer realizes they have been scammed and reaches out for a refund, they are given zero customer service and are simply read some copy and paste statement. I will make sure I review this business everywhere and tell everyone I know not to shop here, ridiculous service and ridiculous prices.

My concert of choice was in Canada and the price was advertised as Canadian Dollar. It wasn't until I had purchased it showed up at USD. If I knew this from the begining, I wouldn't have bought them.

I purchased tickets to an event in Atlanta, Georgia at the helium comedy club for June 7, when I arrived at the comedy club and received my tickets, I noticed it on the tickets It said general admission $35. I immediately knew something was not correct because I paid over $217 for two tickets with taxes and whatever other fees. I made an inquiry about this information to the box office attendant. They informed me that I was ripped off because their tickets are $35 for general admission to this specific event. I could not believe that this happened. I was so very upset.
