Joe was very helpful. He even called the manufacturer to try to get the right parts. Unfortunately the manufacturer gave him erroneous information.
I ordered all of the right parts from etrailer but if I had ordered the parts that the manufacturer suggested I would be stuck with having to ship it all back. I would suggest that you edit my questions to ensure the proper information is disseminated.

Etrailer company has got to be the most friendliest online company to deal with ever. So helpful, from the chat room to ordering to technical questions. Simply put, your employees are well trained and very professional in each discipline.
I ordered a rail installation kit, hardware an brackets for a 2004 Dodge 1500. Price $116 with free shipping. When it arrived the kit was for a 2009 Ram 1500. When I contacted the company they wanted me to pay more for there mistake. Will never deal with them again.

I purchased a trailer dolly from them, and received it fairly rapidly. It turned out that it was not the right product for my needs. I have a 2400 pound travel trailer, and it took three adult men to move it a few feet on concrete in my backyard. When I called the company, they absolutely did not stand by their "satisfaction guarantee". Would not allow me to return it. I then caledl the actual company, and they told me they were shocked, and that they would have gladly taken it back ead I purchased it from them.
Absolutely DO check out all of the reviews online for this company. Most sites have them at one point out of 10. This is a warning. Don't buy from them!
Ordered several items, no indication out of stock until after order placed. Advised items would ship within 7 days, not happy but waited. Nine days later cancelled order as items had still not shipped. The vast majority of Internet retailers indicate f an item is out of stock before you order, and ship within a day or two. Etrailer.com is terrible, don't waste your time.

I received accurate information about the questions I asked. I had little to no experience with hitches and planned to order online.
I placed my order Weds night for 2nd day air and its Friday and my order still has not shipped. I started contacting them Thurs to find out why I hadn't received a tracking number and only got a confirmation email that my order had not shipped. Three emails later, I still had no response so I called and the guy couldn't tell me why my order had not shipped. Said it may have gotten jammed in the printer?!? He did make a new order, credited back my shipping charge and said he would send it out 2nd day air to receive on Tues. An hour after getting off the phone with him, I checked my order status. New order was made but not with 2nd day shipping. Ground instead. My faith in receiving my order on Tues is slim. This inconvenience stopped us from picking up our new RV on Sat. We now have to pay to have it delivered which is going to be around $70. Highly disappointed with the customer service. We will have to wait and see about the actual parts.
Once you figure out how to install the darn thing it goes pretty fast. Guess for a younger person its not so hard. At first we started at the wrong side until by looking at pictures and going to Roadmaster to watch a video we finally figured out we were on the wrong side. Pictures help and a more blow by blow description would help. Mechanically challenged senior person.

I asked the professionals at etrailer.com if it was safe and acceptable to route the brake controller cable inside the vehicle instead of along the underside. My question was answered very promptly (the answer was yes).
