I ordered a cargo carrier from Etrailer and after waiting 2 weeks, I started calling there customer no-service. I was promised the moon but never receive product. They will tell you what you want to hear.
They will promise you that the owner will call,,, but he wont.

I will never order from this company again.

I had bought a teardrop camper and retrofitting roof racks, and brackets to support a ARB awning. I hade sent a email to these folks left my lhone number with them. Jason actually called to do a follow up and to see if I needed other help.He was even kind enough to give me less expensive options. Seems to be a good company, no one else has bothered to call me concerning my questions except Jasons's Company.

Jason was quite responsive, helpful and thorough in providing answers to some questions I had about using a trailer latch to secure an outside door from a workshop I am building. It allows me to make an informed decision on whether or not to purchase the two associated items needed to incorporate the latch in my design. The photo below shows half of the door which turned out to be much more flimsy than I expected. I think I am going to use the latch to secure the top and bottom of the doors and another device across the middle of the doors for additional stability.

If you are having a difficult time finding something for your RV or truck then give these people a call. I have purchased tires for my RV and towing mirrors for my truck. One of these days I will order chains for my pickup. They also carry laser fit floor mats to fit you vehicles. I now own two sets and really do like the fit.

My question was answered well. I have to also consider the vehicle tongue weight also. Still seems the TW quoted for a hitch for a certain auto should have considered that weight

I placed an online order. Etrailer.com received it, charged me, and then proceeded to ship the item without a proper address label. I placed the order on 11/3/2016 and as of today, 11/21/2016 - they have not refunded my money. I contacted etrailer.com and received numerous rude, patronizing replies that stated they could not refund my money until they receive the item back. I never saw, received, touched, or was near the item. USPS simply returned the unaddressed item to sender. Tracking shows that the item is 1Z7586X3YW*******. I should receive a refund whether or not etrailer.com ever receives the item back and my refund should not be contingent upon them receiving the item as the item was technically never shipped to me. The worst part of this whole experience is the veracity and rudeness with which etrailer.com has responded to my emails. They are blaming me because they shipped an item without an address on it. The label only had my city, state, and zip code. No house number or address. This was my first and last interaction with etrailer.com and I highly recommend that other prospective customers just order from amazon. The people who work at etrailer.com lack ethics, practical thinking, and customer service skills. They are a very shady company, and they care more about $25 in merchandise than they do about retaining a customer.

I have a 2016 Mazda MX-5 that I'll be driving occasionally in the snow. I asked Jason if the tire chains i had in mind to purchase not only fit my tire size, but also my car which is most important! He replied with the information I had needed, even checked the owners manual regarding my car! I thought that was great!

I have not purchased this item yet, but I will. When I do I will use etrailer. I had questions as out of the myriad of parts, what parts do I actually need. I had previously asked two other companies and did not receive any response back from either! Jared with etrailer got back with me and answered my questions and listed the part numbers for the (4) different parts kits for installation. Great work!

Horrible customer service. If you mistyped any size info after hours it cant be undone even if you attempt to contact them immediately it wont matter. They replied in line behind my communication to change the order the next morning telling me they advanced my shipping and shipped it anyway. Then on the phone pat is trying to tell me thats the way it goes the shippers work through the night without any communication with customer service. So for half the day they are a digital money taking non communicative shipping machine. They dont understand this is an amazon america now. Take a clue. Customer service is the gold standard. It's costing me the original 50 dollars for shipping and the return of 50 dollars for shipping, a total of 100 dollars for return for frickin snow chains"

My question was how the control box works with only a wire for the running lights and one for each turn signal. The box isn't really a voltage regulator but a switching circuit. The break light voltage input makes the output to the turn signals a constant on. Years ago I installed an extra break light and separate wire because the switching box the dealer sold me kept burning out. Didn't have a brand name on it.

Visually all jacks are mounted correctly. My question still remains. One of the jacks None in particular, could be rear or front side etc is off the ground after auto-level is complete. Should'nt they ALL be grounded?
