We ordered (250) locks from this company that said they had almost 1000 in stock but a week later they email saying the locks won't be in for a couple of weeks. They then cancelled the order on us and raised the price from $5.16 to $7.75 on these locks which they still say they have (790) in stock. This is not okay and we feel that they do this a lot which is not good business practice. Do not purchase from this company!
I requested help from etrailer expert to determine the bearing kit for my Dexter boat trailer axle P-15 Model SLR rated at 2000 lbs. They responded with a good solution at an affordable price for an axle with 1" diameter shaft.

I was hoping to learn there was a stop or block feature to prevent the grab bar from swinging both ways. I get the adaptability of the basic design to be universal, but once installed a very nice option would be to allow the grab bar to swing just one way.

Well, in 2017 they change the tail light removal, and I could not figure out how they were fastened. Jameson immediately responded on a Saturday. There was a new video explaining the process. The Curt ******* Trailer hitch for a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 Quad fit well except that after tightening the bolt through the bumper, there was a 1/4" gap between the towing crossmember and the hitch flange. I had to install washers on the two bolts at the back of the hitch. I don't think it affected the integrity of the hitch and loading, but that was not mentioned in the hitch description and application info.

Your organization has provided information on the installation of a brake controller for my 2016 T&C mini-van. This information will work I'm sure, and will most likely be what I will use, but I will continue to ask Chrysler a few more times, for details before I buy a controller. (I have made 3 requests for information from Chrysler without results).
It took a couple of days to get the original response to my question, but that's probably reasonable. I'm sure there are LOTS of questions to parse through, and they have to be answered on a first come first served basis. Unfortunately, the answer I received was based on an incorrect assumption, and required that I reply in email to clarify. (Admittedly, the incorrect assumption may have been because I asked the question poorly, but even so...) Each time I would respond in email, to clarify, or probe, it would take another 2 to 3 days to get another response. That happened for about 2 weeks before finally getting a complete answer to what I was asking. That's too long... waiting 2 or 3 days between every response really drags it out more than it should. I appreciate the efforts, but if people have to wait that much before finally getting a resolution, they'll be driven to look elsewhere.
Their website says customer satisfaction guarantee with a low price guarantee symbol, but they really just mean low price guarantee. They will not take back or exchange any items once they have been opened regardless of the quality of those items. I bought and installed a bike rack for my car and after tightening the adjustment knob once, the plastic knob was stripped out. I wasn't pleased with the quality or the design and they refuse to exchange it even though I was going to get a more expensive higher quality rack. I would rather pay a few dollars more and get satisfaction guarantee than low price guarantee. There are tons of internet retaliers that sell the same brands. I would recommend using another retailer. BTW, I think these 5 star excellent customer service reviews are made up by employees. I would believe the 1 or 0 star more.
