Well I heard that this company had excellent technical resources for Thule products. This turned out to be true. All of the Thule parts can be very confusing. Jason S. Really helped clarify which components that I needed to purchase, which was exactly the question that I asked. This company lives up to its reputation.

I ordered a second Peak camera and monitor. I have not been able to pair the second camera to the monitor, although the second unit does WORK with the monitor it came with. What would the problem be?.

Based on Jeffery's positive response, I purchased the reese elite 5th wheel hitch from etrailer and I am waiting for its arrival. It has shipped and should arrive next Tuesday 07/25/2017.
At this time, I am very pleased with the customer service provided by etrailer.

I bought a headache rack for my truck. Parts were missing. I tried to get intouch with them they did not answere any emails and the phone rang for hours. Not answere. Do not buy from this company

I asked for the dimensions for a particular part to see if it would fit. The agent located the part in the warehouse and created a custom web page displaying the appropriate dimensions. Very helpful

I have ordered from them three times this month and not a single order was complete. Each time they wanted to charge me extra to ship the items in separate orders because of their lack of stock. Stay away. These guys are a false storefront that does not disclose what they have in stock.

From your answer I decided to to adjust the tongue frame members a very small amount on the deck end to achieve the 50s. No shims and only a slight mod which only requires grinding. The illustration is beneficial. Thanks Jason!
