Etrailer has always been great on answering questions and Customer sevice. I had one problem with some bushings, but they got them too me on time for my trip with my 5th wheel trailer thanks.

I had several questions about weight distribution hitches. The people at etrailer quickly responded to these questions and provided very useful information to help me select a product. Also, their follow up after my purchase to make sure I was happy and understood the install process was excellent. Price was great too. I would definitely recommend etrailer to others.

The only down side to your help, was I found an adapter at a local store that worked great. There seemed to be more than one answer. But I appreciate the fast response and explanation which ultimately helped me get the adapter made. Thanks again.

It is helpful to know that when the Tekonsha P3 is in the "electric over hydraulic mode" the programming within the P3 is changed so that initial higher voltage and amperage is delivered to the hydraulic disc brake actuator to compensate for the slight delay in the hydraulic brake system. I needed some help understanding the difference between two potential wiring kits for our Prius Prime. Jameson answered the question promptly and informatively. These guys are very responsive when you need help.

The customer service is excellent. When I sent a query, I received an email in a short period of time promising an answer on Monday (I sent the query on Saturday). And on Monday morning I received a thorough answer from Kyle. I think their customer service it top notch.

I asked a super specific question about a hitch. And I am the most un "car" person you can get... and they were really great at answering the question. Lisa even convinced me that I could look under my car (on my yoga mat) and see what I needed to first hand - and i did :) . They seemed to be willing to go "off script" to really give me a good sense of any risks i might have - I appreciated that.

I made a mistake in my question & meant to say a 6'6" box instead i said a 66" box. The way i stated my question i received an excellent answer. Thank you very much. Your sevice is a great help lots of answers to lots of questions.

I went with the recommendation of the technician. I am guessing I will be glad about that. But haven't received yet much less installed so can't comment further.
