Thanks so much. Your response was right on. Used the testor. Power fine. No corrosion on either plug. If you wired the trailer one way, one blinker would work. If you tried to change it, tail lights worked no blinkers. Change again, nothing worked. Trip to the Dodge dealership. The adapter we had fit the Silverado and not the Ram. Correct adapter worked wonders!

Etrailer has always been great in answering questions quickly and accurately. Only improvement would be a way to search the Q&A (unless there already is a way)

Changing from gooseneck hitches to pull behind and needed advice about my truck being built too high to hook up level. Information and suggestions were offered. New hitch system was purchased that will be safe. Many of the suggestions from other places told me that other hitches would work. They would not be safe. Ask the questions.

I was looking for brake drums for a 3500# axel and asked for help and got an instant reply. I ended up having to buy the whole hub and drum set. Apparently you can not buy just the drum for electric brakes. YES I would recommend etrailer and its staff to everyone that needs help. Thank you. Carl

For a yakima bike rack, I needed to replace a lost part, not an entire assembly, and it was a little complicated. Any company would have happily sold me the entire assembly, but Amy found me exactly the part I needed and went so far as to add the part to the online catalog, very quickly and in an easy to follow manner.
