Didn't really help, stated that yes unit has internal battery but, only told me about charging vehicle battery, and talked about cig lighter. Never mentioned possible need to a) charge unit batt,) b) replace internal batt? So not really any help.
Michael was super helpful on my question and as a result of the great customer service, I have ordered all the towing options for my new 2018 Jeep Cherokee. Could not pass up their price matching. This is a great company.
I paid $35 over the $25 part price for 2 day shipping. The order was delivered to location 6 days later even after I call to cancel. They said can't cancel has already shipped. Location was a vacation spot I had all ready left that location. The caretaker refused delivery and was sent back. Etrailer gave a $5 credit for the $30 part I paid for. I was out $55 and no part.
I got a very quick and informative response. He even recommended something else that I hadn't thought of I would need. I will definitely be ordering my parts needed from etrailer.
