BUT SHAWN did not! Shawn sold me what I needed with wrong hangers! She said I needed 1, 2, 3, 4. Charged me individually, $49,
The kit with the RIGHT hangers pieces sells for $23! Shawn said sorry for (inconvenience). Still no offer from anyone to send right parts. Called back and talked to megan she said sorry, but she can SELL. Me the right parts for $10 bucks!. Threatened to return all parts for a $61 dollar refund and go somewhere else, she said OK.! Told her to send me the parts for free, she got ok from boss and said she sent them...
Ill stay clear from etrailer from now on..

Jameson was spot on with his expert advice. I was told by other companies that the wheels that I was interested would not fit my travel trailer. Jameson was confident that they would fit as long as the grease cap was not too big. Wheels arrived and they were a perfect fit. In fact they were almost a hub-centric fit. I purchased the wheels with confidence, and was assured by customer service that if they did not fit for some odd reason, they would be returnable without any shipping fees on my part. Very Happy!

Recently I asked the question of how trailer light should work. The sequence if you will, such as what should happen if the signal light on the right side was on and the brakes were applied what should the light do? Had two blue relays under hood swapped them still no running lights still blinkers. Found two more blue relays in rear of car swapped them same thing. Have one brown relay in rear could that be problem, also two brow under hood

You kids were super quick at getting back to me, I was simply hoping that by my giving The year make and model of my trailer you could tell me which brake assembly I needed, I simply have not had time to pull a wheel off and do the measurements that Kyle told me to get. My first email did not have the serial number or year of my trailmax UT 12, trailer, I have that now, just wonder if there is any way it can be looked up... I am attaching a photo of the serial number plate off the trailer
