Jon, was very helpful looking for a solution for a replacement part I needed. CURT mfg had told me that ETRAILER handled replacement parts for their luggage racks Jon was very concerned that I was told that because CURT does not have replacement parts.
Thanks Kyle for your recommendation. I ordered a replacement winch to replace the Shelby as they went out of business. New winch arrived ahead of schedule and fit perfectly, didn't even have to drill new mounting holes. Thanks again!
I ordered 2 complete ac systems from this company with a promised delivery day of July 21st. I paid $1,800 for these units. It is the 28th and they are not here. I called etrailer and got a rude and condescending woman named Christy that said uh huh. She was more than eager to cancel the order for me, but I chose to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor was a carbon copy of Christy. She was happy to cancel my order too and said it's the covid it's the covid. The little comments and snappy remarks during our conversation were rediculous to get from a company. I've had 5 orders from etrailer - not one of them went smoothly. Turns out they never had them to send. They don't stock the items, but still said in all items were in stock. If you look at their site a few days ago its been updated to Aug 28. Now it's sep 1. My order was supposed to be delivered on the July 21. They just don't care. What a scummy company. I suggest you avoid this trash company and buy from a mom and pop shop where customers are actually cared about.
As of 7/27 the part has not arrived. Original order placed 7/9. Estimated delivery 7/15. I give up ask for refund and disputed charge on credit card. By the way I found the same exact part on Amazon for $120.00 less. Guaranteed delivery on 7/30. I have serious issues with etrailer!
UPS passes off to USPS. This part was last confirmed in Albany NY on Thurs. Now its being handled by USPS. Im only 30 miles from Albany but as of Sun it still has not arrived. It has been 10 days! If I knew that the free shipping was so pedestrian I would have paid for expedited shipping. I desperately need this part. Not good when shippers are handing off from one to another.
I purchased many products from e trailer and always happy with service and fast delivery many prouducts to choose from not shure what you should buy just give a call they will answer any questions.
I love the way it looks will be testing it out in Aug. But you do need a Lift truck or chain hoist to move it in and out of the truck its 420 lbs

I posted a question on the website regarding the mounting of Timbren Axel-less Suspension on a trailer. Kyle sent me an answer first thing the next morning. Not only was his answer timely and clear, but he also added it to the etrailer website FAQ. As a retired manager of a customer support organization, I am very impressed by etrailer and Kyle for their professional response.

Paid for expedited shipping, told me it shipped right away. Never showed up and had to rent a truck... tried to contact them and they are not helping at all... stuck with it
Etrailer filled my order in a timely manner of two small marker lights but shipped cheap and slow. They shipped UPS from Missouri and in this case UPS sat on the package three days then turned it over to USPS in Missouri which sat on it for another three days. I live in South Alabama. 8 days later this package is in Ga stalled again with USPS as of this review. When contacting Etrailer they said this is their normal $4.99 shipping unless you pay their inflated faster shipping methods. Won't waste my time ordering from Etrailer again.

I purchased about $150 worth of items on line on June 1st, and got "free shipping". The site said shipping within 10 days, but didn't say the fee shipping would be much, much later. I've tracked the item and the site said the items are being gathered, but it won't be SHIPPED until July18th. Totally unacceptable. I'll never buy from them again.
