I was provided the answers I needed in selecting a product on Etrailer's website. I was trying to find a set of tow lights that would work on my Mini Cooper. One of Etrailer's reps. Provided me a part number for a set of lights that will do the job.

I ordered 2 washers for my boat trailer and tried to cancel the order within 2 hrs. I was told i could not cancel because it had already shipped. The tracking said otherwise. It has now been over a week and the package still has not arrived. Needless to say I won't click on etrailer agian.

Professional, quick return with answers, when the time comes will start purchases with this business.

Had the wrong rims on my little camper that the previous owner had bought. Came time to replace the tires and wanted to get the correct rims also. Etrailer was very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Very quick shipping and price. Will buy from them again.

Emailed customer service for hitch height adjustment options. Customer service was very helpful with suggestions.

Great customer service, I had a question and they got back to me in a timely manner and answered it in detail. I ordered the hitch and received it within a few days with the free shipping. Top notch service would definitely order from them again.

I have bought a couple hitches from eTrailer before. Good prices, with details and install videos. However this one, they had no details on, no pictures, so I went elsewhere and bought a 'Hard Dog' hitch from Moss Miata. Turns out it would have been about $20 cheaper to stick with eTrailer and the Curt... but better if they had photos and details.

The advice I recieved for the correct bracket was spot on. I ordered the winch that was advised and I already installed it. Thank you.

My question was quickly answered and was completely answered. I was able to go right to work. I will look to etrailer as a resource for future needs.

Heather was very helpful. And I ordered part right away. But to date I have not received part or tracking information

I needed to know the size and specific breaker needed for the 12V 10 ga power supply from the battery to the 7Way socket and they gave me the right info. I feel etrailer has the best info out there for older (20 year) trucks with PDF files that clarify the installation. They also provide options when available.

One Minute my order is in stock and it will be here
On Friday the 8th and the Minute it's on back order and I'm not going to receive it until next week some time. Here we have a trailer Hitch company that have no trailer Hitch. Staring to see some red flags with this company.

Conner completely answered my question, was extremely professional and timely. I was ready to purchase when I decided it would be prudent to check with the manufacture due to warranty concerns. As soon as I hear back I will make my purchase.
