Great, easy to navigate site! I was looking to replace the plastic knobs on our roof vents, with metal, because the plastic deteriorated after a few years. I found metal cranks with screws going through the shaft, to replace the cheap, plastic knobs.
The cardboard shipping container, containing the Curt trailer hitch receiver arrives damaged. A portion of the hitch was protruding out of the box. Slight paint damage to the receiver hitch. I contacted customer service with pictures and a description of the damage. Within hours I was compensated. Excellent customer service.
Lighting materials needed for hanging fixture are not described. 906/921 LED Light bulbs do not fit fixture.
I understand it is mostly hidden when installed, but the box did not protect it. The paint was worn off the brackets as they were sticking out of the box. The box had big hole in it where someone stepped on it.
Again, it will be hidden, but now not protected from rusting.
