Sets up pretty easy. Put the batteries in and turn the interior option switch to: 1 turn off during the daylight or run constant when the on off button is pushed.
I had a trouble with the installation but I was contacted by Roger R. Who was extremely helpful at solving the issue I was having. Kudos to Roger R. He described how to fix the issue and also sent a photo of the correct installation.

Etrailer service was fine. UPS shipping put it on wrong trucks so took longer to receive.
User Friendly-As soon as the hitch receiver arrived, I set out to install it and 15 minutes later, the job was complete.
