Easy, efficient communications with etrailer. I appreciated the advice with making my selection.

Late getting here both switches were broke that operates jack.

Got home to see it was delivered. Shipping cardboard tube was bent. Sure as heck upon sliding out the trim it was bent too. No fault to Etrailer...Likely bent in the delivery process.

I have purchased 2 hitches that have been perfect fit, I finally received my bike carrier and it looks good.

We received it in about 1 week time frame. Everything fit on the bumper and not to much issues.

The item is what I was searching for and it will fulfill my needs perfectly.

Arrived quickly, appears to be exactly what's needed. Haven't installed the new part yet.

This was the second trailer hitch I had ordered from etrailer and just like the first one which was for a different auto manufacturer it went without out a hitch! No problems at all, very easy to install. Instructions were good, accurate and everything went very smoothly.
Items were packaged very well so no parts were lost during shipping.

Very good. I ordered this trailer hitch for a good friend who is not familiar with using a computer. The website is easy to use. The order arrived undamaged and on the time and date promised. I am very pleased with etrailer and would use them agoain.

It was easy. Ordering, installing. Easy. I was worried it wouldn't fit. No lift, no ramps just pushed it up and bolted right in!

Everything is unknown at this point...however all the YouTube videos show it to be straight forward as far as the assembly persedurs go...

This is a great replacement for my discontinued tub. They only problems I had was the drain hole wasn't in the same place.

Everything worked as expected. With all of the aftermarket junk parts that originated in China, I was looking for an American Company that took pride in their product. Although this product was also made in China, it is clear that Westin placed strict quality control measures i the manufacturing process.
