Good service, quick delivery! I've ordered from etrailer multiple times and have always been completely satisfied with the experience.

I ordered (and have ordered in the past) from etrailer but also my son has ordered things in the past. Even though I entered my name for the order they put his name on the order. It created a lot of confusion. Whoever orders should have their name on the order, not whoever ordered last. This creates problems when you submit paperwork to get reimbursed and the packing slip and receipt have someone else's name on it. That was why I only did 4 stars. If the name would have stayed the way I entered it I would have put 5 stars.

I ordered the hitch and it came in record time! It was. Abit difficult to install what with the required removal of all the plastic trim but eventually I did get the hitch installed and hope to reinstall the plastic tomorrow. It seems to fit properly.

I received the product at the expected date without issues. Seems to have good quality.

I found a trailer hitch receiver that I wanted, ordered it, and received it.

After receiving our stairs, I ordered the wrong size, after contacting customer service there is a 123.00 return shipping fee, wich is disappointing, because I intend to order the correct size as soon as I return the oversized stairs..

I watched the video for this bike rack and did two chats with your reps. Both were helpful. I appreciate the sale price; every penny helps. This rack should give me ample capacity to carry my Pedego Interceptor and my Electra Townie ebikes. I previously purchased a trailer hitch for my present rack.
