I tried finding what I needed at a local rei but the fit kit was not available. I needed to use the roof rack four days later so ordering online seemed like a risk. Luckily, the parts were in stock. Searching for the parts was easy as all the pieces (fit kit, feet, and cross bars) were listed together after entering my vehicle information. It also noted some parts for some set ups may be delayed, so it was good to know to not order that cross bar set up. Once ordered, the tracking was well documented and the order was processed and shipped soon after.

I was sent the wrong hitch for my 2024 Chevy 3500 HD. I talked to your sales people and they said that no hitches are approved to fit the 2024 Chevy. I specifically asked if it would fit a 2023 with the factory trailering package. I was told yes but no guarantee on the 2024. My Chevy dealer said there has been no changes to the puck layout and if it fits a 2023 it will fit a 2024. I was sent a hitch for a 2019 that has a longer span forward to back, not 13" center to center. I had to pay return shipping and reorder another hitch. Not happy that your sales people don't know the products and cost me an extra $215 that could have been avoided.
