Quick easy shopping. Have what I need and get it in two days. That is great service. Sadly the US Post Office set on the order for an additional 2 or 3 days and I got in 5 days instead of two. Not really Etrailers fault. It just shows you cannot count on the USPS to get the job done as needed.

The unit arrived 2 days after I ordered it (4 days early!) and was relatively easy to install. The hardest part was removing the OEM unit. The improvement in handling and cornering is what I had hoped.
I purchased a trailer hitch, wiring harness, harness mounting bracket, and 7 to 4 plug converter for a 2016 Honda Pilot. The mounting bracket did not work with the harness that I purchased even though it was linked from the harness' page. I ended up using a soldering iron to cut a hole in the bumper to mount the socket for the trailer lights. This actually looks cleaner than the bracket anyways.

The Curtis C94WR fit my 2022 Tucson Hybrid perfectly. I was able to install it myself in about 20 minutes. Probably would have been 10 minutes if I had an extra set of hands while installing. Arrived in 2 days from ordering.
My experience was very easy. After purchasing my trailer, I Google how to connect the tail lights on a 2015 equinox and a YouTube video popped up. I watched it clicked the link at the bottom and input the part number that was given in the video. I ordered it and within 4 days I had it in hand. I connected the wires as shown in the YouTube video and it worked perfectly. Yes it was just that simple!
We ordered this hitch for our camper. Already had rails installed so it was easy to just put together and drop in.
