Website had a glitch and didn't charge sales tax. The company notified me via email on the amount of tax that was due. I contacted the company and provided my card number to pay the sales tax. When I got the receipt of the tax payment I noticed that I had been charged tax on my tax payment. This was a little frustrating but it was under two bucks so I let it go.
When the hitch arrived it was was hanging halfway out of the box with the powder coat chipped up on the exposed end. Luckily the fasteners were taped inside the reciever or they would have been long gone. The damage was only cosmetic so I painted the exposed metal and installed the hitch. The fit was perfect and I am pleased with the hitch. I am just a little annoyed with the packaging and double taxing.
I was looking for a long-shank ball mount for my motorhome and found it easily on the etrailer web site. It arrived within a few days and solves the problem!

Everything going good so far, hope to see a difference after installed.Installing wasn't bad, I did not remove the wheels although it would have made it easier. Frame holes on the bottom lined up but the 1/2 bolt on the side had to be drilled. Not a bad experience but wheels off would make it easier. About 2 hours for me to install.
