I'm impressed with the fast shipping and prices compared to other vendors. I'm even more impressed with the sheet that etrailer made up that came with my hitch with install instructions and other info. Not the manufacturer but etrailer. Great business.

Was looking for a trailer hitch to install on my 2011 Subaru Outback. General searches on the inter web led me many times to etrailer's pages.

When I got to the site it was very easy to find what fit the year, make and model of car, and there were good pictures associated with the product that's installed on make and model cars like mine.

This isn't my first purchase from eTrailer. Previous product searches and purchasing were just as easy and the products got here when they said they would be here.

The Curt hitch arrived on time, and well packed in a cardboard box. The hitch went on our 2023 EUV fairly easily. I couldn't find an eTrailer video for putting a hitch on an EUV, but maybe I missed it. Anyway, I found a video on YouTube for a Draw-Tite hitch install on a 2022 EUV. The procedure on this car is about the same regardless of hitch brand. That goes for the EcoHitch too. They all need the bumper cover removed, and that's the hardest part, and where a video really helps. I did discover that a few screws didn't really need to be removed, which was pointed out in the YouTube video I watched too. I don't know why the included instructions said to remove them. Specifically, Step 1 says to remove the two taillight trim panels, by removing the two screws on each panel. None of that was necessary, and the trim panels appear to be part of the taillight assembly anyway, so removing the screws did nothing. I didn't even bother to remove the screws on one side. Also Step 3, no need to remove the two screws from the bottom of the fascia. Only the two push fasteners need to be removed.

Ordered two hitches and wiring kit on Monday, Memorial Day. Received an email same day that they were shipped. Received packages on time in good condition. Watched the installation videos on etrailer for both vehicles and the installation went very well.

Navigating and purchasing item was fast and easy. There where a few issues though. First, the website stated that any purchase over 199.00 automatically qualified for free 3-day shipping and that was far from the truth. I ordered the item on May 30th, 2023 and did not receive it until Jun 5th, 2023. The second issue I had was the way in which the item was packaged. It was not padded well and the box was not very... protective. When I received the box it was full of holes and had been patch worked back together with tape and staples.luckily the item was not damaged. It was easy to install and functioned as it should.

Was able to find the light I needed quick. Website was user friendly. Delivery of the light was very timely and works perfect. Only complaint is now I need to replace all my other lights because this light is brighter and a better quality. Haha!

Bolted right on. No issues. Grab a couple buddies and you'll be ready to go in an hour.

All good. Easy to install. Everything came on time.

As it was my 1st. Time to the site It took me all of 5min. To find the hitch i needed and have it ordered! With multiple updates as order is being processed will definitely order from them again! I got it just few days after ordering! Oh and hitch with wire harness was $50 CHEAPER! THAN ANYWHERE ELSE!

The title says it all. Every time I do 3 with etrailer my orders are processed and arrive almost faster than you could expect. The customer service is second to none and the prices are great. There is not a single thing they do that could be improved.

I placed my order on a Monday and paid a lot extra for a shipping option that was advertised to arrive by the following Wednesday.
The next day, my order shipped and it now said it was going to arrive on Friday.
I was very disappointed because I paid a lot extra for shipping, thinking it would arrive on Wednesday because that is what it said.
If I knew it was going to arrive on Friday, I would have purchased this same item on Amazon with free shipping.
I immediately reached out to the customer service department which had nothing but excuses.
I think I should be reimbursed for the expensive shipping that was inaccurate.
