Shopping on etrailer was easy and had a wealth of information of it's products. Plus it's helpful to know the product is compatible with my vehicle.
Only problem I had was my roof rack crossbars were poorly packaged and fell out of their packaging as I tried to lift and move the boxes inside my home. I can tell it must've fell more than once from past package handlers moving the poorly packaged box. The box was shipped in their original boxes, which is fine, but the contents within the boxes fell out and that's not okay. The issue could be manufacturers weak boxes, the shipping company, or the seller who shipped the product (I'm leaning towards the latter).
