Exactly one week before we were scheduled to depart for a week in the Keys, we discovered our camper's a/c wasn't cooling. The unit was eight years old, and we decided it best to simply replace it. An online search showed that E-trailer had a drop-in replacement at a great price; and, best of all, they promised delivery by Monday. (This was on Friday!) We held our breaths over the weekend, but sure enough, the unit arrived on Monday - exactly as promised. Even though it is a different make from the Dometic unit we were replacing, the one from E-trailer was a perfect fit - right down to the electrical plug. We will be leaving as scheduled and look forward to a "cool" vacation. Thanks E-trailer!

Needed a roof rack for our 2016 Honda Fit for a camping trip from Ohio to upstate New York. Everything came in and assembled easily (read the instructions) and worked perfectly.

Box came in very bad shape but hitch was ok for installation

The Longview mirrors I purchased for my 2022 Silverado were exactly as advertised. Great product, and fit perfectly! It took longer to unwrap them than it did to install them. The video was spot on. The only issue I had, which as you can see, didn't change my outcome of a 5 star rating, was the threaded hook to tighten down could've been maybe a 1/4" longer. Would recommend this product. THANK YOU!

It is difficult to determine what components will be necessary, to outfit a vehicle with a new racking system. E Trailer"s website is top notch, and made the process clear.
