The website provides valuable readily available information and videos that allowed me to make an informed decision on what equipment i would need for my 2016 Rav4. Purchasing and delivery estimates were accurate and equipment was well packaged.

My order was just what I needed. I'm still waiting for my dealership to source the part.

I got helpful advice about why I might not want to use Yakima racks from my previous vehicle on my new vehicle even though they would technically fit. Since I was replacing a 2008 SUV with a 2021, and tend to maximize the roof rack weight limit I decided to replace. My rep advised that I could use my 60 inch rails from my older Yakima racks with an adapter attached to the new racks.

After the task of enlarging the frame holes was accomplished, the installation worked as indicated in the instructions. The installation looks good, and works. Instructions indicated that it should take a "pro" about 15 minutes and a novice about 30 minutes. I figure it took me about 10 hours to complete, but that included figuring out how to enlarge the frame holes when I did not have the correct tools, and maybe my age had something to do with it too - I got it done and I am 80 years old. Now to install the bike rack, bicycles, and go for a ride.

The directions are not the best but after watching the videos it made the install a lot better. Took a 900 mile road trip with the camper right away and would of hated the 30-35 mile per hr side wind the whole trip. Too 99 percent of the buffeting out of the trailer.

I order it on a 6/5 /23. Went to check status on the shipping first time showed 6/9 to 6/13 ok cool look a second time push back 6/13 to 6/19 iam getting piss off lol i look a third time 6/19 -6/26 they keep pushing it back. So i called told me they are really busy what a joke i deal with alot of on line seller and This is the first time i ever saw the dates go back like that. Lol so with all those # i will play the lottery i have a better chance of hitting it cause the way my order is going it mite make it after summer if that the case i will cancel my order on my credit card..

I've bought a hitch for every vehicle we buy from eTrailer. Great service, great selection and the installation videos, documentation are top notch. Also very accurate on fitment and what to expect. Only negative is that the boxes get destroyed in shipping and risks damaging the hitch and losing hardware. I had to touch up paint this order because it was exposed outside the box and the edges of the paint was rubbed away.

This is the second time I've ordered from you and both times I was pleasantly surprised at how fast my order shipped.

Google search led me to this great site but the link led me to the wrong part. Be careful when using to make sure you order what you actually need especially for older equipment. They had the correct part too which I then ordered as well.

Ordered sewer cap with handle as recommended by friends. Made getting cap off a lot easier!

Product came by delivery date. Was pleased by apparently was given the wrong size to order. Will need to return.

30"x44" RV table top arrived damaged due to improper packaging. In cardboard box with 2 sides taped closed and sides of table visible. It's funny, sad, silly and ridiculous to see that a large company doing 80M in yearly business can't figure out how to package product.

Will not pull trailer without rapid jack in my possession.
