Very happy with my purchase from etrailer.com.

The hitch (Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver - Custom Fit - Class III - 2") is well built and fits like a glove.
I was going to install myself (only four bolts) but l had my local mechanic install because it's a two-man job (holding hitch while installing bolts - and supporting exhaust). On person probably could do it with the right supports. He did say that it was an easy install and that it was a very nice hitch - better than that he installed on his vehicle.

Thanks to William with etrailer, this purchase went way better than it was going. He recognized an error in my order based on a return and called me personally to hold the order. He conducted research and called the bike rack company to find me the right part and get it to me before my next ride. Great work and amazing customer service in a time when customer experience is rarely considered. Thank you!

I purchased a rack for my 2023 Jeep wrangler. Etrailer sold me a Rhino Rack. When I received my order I attempted to install the rack which appeared to be short required pieces. Particularly, rubber inserts to keep the rack from whistling and humming when driving the vehicle. I contacted customer service who advised that Rhino systems usually packs these items inside the cross rails- though, there was no indication of this in any of the instructions supplied.
Now I had to remove the rack crossbars to locate these hidden items. I live in Florida and the heat index was 110 degrees. I proceeded to follow the instruction provided by customer service. I removed the rails and located the hidden components. I tried to reinstall the cross rails and unfortunately two of the 4 hardware bolts supplied - snapped. I again contacted customer service and requested hardware be resent. I was informed at this time that I broke the bolts, they were not damaged I shipping and Etrailer would do nothing to help me. They wouldn't even contact Rhino for hardware for me but they would be happy to take rack back at a 20% restocking fee. Additionally, I requested the batter be escalated to a supervisor or manager. I received a v/m message from an alleged supervisor. I returned the call and never heard back from her or Etrailer after that.
Now, I understand things happen. I run my own business. However, I would never treat a customer the way I was treated. I even gave them another chance to resolve the matter before writing this review. I heard nothing. I purchased the hardware at my local hardware store for $5.89. So $5.89 to resolve my issue and prevent a dissatisfied customer was too much to ask. Needless to say, I would never recommend this company nor buy another product from them ….ever.
Then, arrogantly, I'm sent an email suggesting I provide my feedback directly to them (Etrailer) so they can make improvements to their customer service ……or lack thereof. Be advised….if you buy products from them and have any issues, they will abandon you and you'll be left on your own. I'd give them negative stars if that were an option.

Just a shout out to the folks at eTrailer. This was a short notice order for an upcoming trip. I placed the order with expedited shipping at about 0930 on Monday, it was picked, packed and on the UPS truck by about 1400 the Same Day! I received it at about 1800 on Weds, and installed it this Thursday AM. I've worked with them on previous orders and These folks are All About Customer Service! I won't buy trailer stuff Anywhere Else! I did watch the product comparison and installation videos both on eTrailer and on the Curt websites. Excellent info - especially about removing the small rear panel next to the exhaust pipe.
Please note - in the last image, the blue squares are construction tape I placed over holes in the bottom cover plate which I decided to re-install (all instruction sets recommended discarding this piece as unnecessary). I had to cut the holes to remove parts blocking reinstallation, and so elected to cover them with flexible construction tape.

I was not sure which covers I needed since the old ones were completely destroyed by wind and the Rv was my father in-law's so I didn't have much info on it. I sent numbers from a tag on the unit to you guys and Bryce D quickly replied and told me which ones to get. I had my father in-law purchase them from you and he received them very fast. I installed them and they fit perfectly. Very happy with the service we got from you. Thanks!

I recently purchased a hitch for my 21 Toyota Highlander through ETrailer and had a great experience with the company. Although there was a slight issue with the delivery, the customer service team was quick to assist and resolve the issue in a timely manner. I was able to install the hitch in less than an hour with no issues, and I appreciated the ease of the process. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience with ETrailer, and I would definitely use them again for future purchases.

They do not stand behind their parts

I have spent a lot of money with etrailer over the last few years. About six months ago we replaced the electric brake assy's and drums on a customers trailer. The customer brought the trailer back for the brakes not working. We found the magnets dug deep grooves in the drums the likes we have never seen so the magnets were not making good contact. We replaced the drums and brake assy's at no charge to the customer. With the new parts, the brakes worked perfectly. After going back and forth with etrailer they will not warranty the parts. Whether they believe me that the parts failed or not I was shocked this is how they would treat a long time regular customer. We will be finding a new source for our trailer parts.

I purchased Namsco wheel covers and they are defective, they make noise and shake on the rims when you are driving, making these covers to be insecure for use on the highway. I contacted the customer service and they told me they can have a replacement 6 months later! This is a "scam" way, they know the set is defective and just playing around with time... I purchased these covers to use for the lollapalooza festival and they keep me in stock till winter! This is a scam...

Not very satisfied with their customer service are the return Policy. I purchased A AC unit for a camper Which was defected when I purchased it After months ofHaggling with them to get them to replace The company finally agreed i could send it back for the warranty As long as I paid the Shipping ($85) By the time Experts came out to diagnose the problem it has cost me $400 And I'm still waiting 14 for them to ship me my other air conditioner

Ordered a part for 900.00 with free shipping. Ship date got moved 4 times. Called 3 times said warehouse was overloaded. On the 4th call the person was more honest. She said the free shipping people get moved below the paying for shipping customers. Thats NO NO way to treat customers. It shows money, NOT orders are more important to them. Then they said...well.if you want to pay a little more we can ship it faster...last order with etrailer period
