Easy transaction, packing not so good, large box with just wrapping paper. Microwave had small dent on side, however could not see once installed.

Arrived quickly, box was full of holes and torn. All of the hardware and instructions were present they were wrapped to the hitch itself. Install was easy and quick. I removed the front bumper and it made it easier. Had to remove 5 push pins and a foglight connection anyway, removing 8 bolts for the bumper didn't take any time. Put the hitch on a floor jack and lifted into position installed and torqued bolts. Reinstalled bumper and was done 30 to 45 minutes total.

Not a great experience. Currently installing the hitch. Had problem called trainer. Person I spoke with sent me a video to watch. I had already seen it. The video did not match the hardware kit nor the instructions that came with my hitch. Video installed 8 bolts with 8 fish wires. My hitch came with 6 bolts and 4 fish wires. The video installed the hardware through the access hole on the frame next to the bolt holes. My bolts won't fit through the access hole, My instructions show installing the hardware through the end of the frame. My frame appears to be 3.5" wide as shown in the instructions. The spacers I got in my hardware kit are 1.5"x3". When installed the bolts can spin freely since the spacers aren't long enough to catch on the frame.

Very satisfied with quick service from E Trailer, but UPS killed the package, it arrived and looked like it was rolled down a hill, only two missing pieces but no big deal it was only the hitch pin and cotter.

Everything is explained very well. Should have no problem with the installation. Will send review after I get it installed.

Experience would be better if you were able to track your order. I was unable to view where it was so I can plan to install it when it arrived especially because i need it for a trip. Shipping seemed to take longer then usual too.

Good descriptions and installment videos helped me to get the right part. My trailer had an older style vent on a newer trailer. I was easily able to sort it out and get the correct piece. Assembly took maybe 10 minutes.

It was good. Hitch receiver has over 3 scratches on it. It's supposed to be delivered without scratches. Not a big deal but just feels like it was a demo on a floor to show customers. And I still payed full price after my order.not even 10 hours later the product was dropped almost with $20 and then a day after that the product went up and was still $10 less then I paid

So far I got everything I needed. Any? I had they answered or steered me in the right detecting

Replaced both hubs complete with bearings races and seals. Took about 5 minutes per side.
Worked perfect!
Now I don't have to worry about my trailer's bearings.
