Was super simple to find and order a much heavier duty receiver for my motorhome

Received them on time they look very very nice easy to install. I'm looking forward when the weather gets a little better. I'm gonna install them and try them out. Thank you so much.

The website was super easy to follow and I found my items extremely fast!

Wire harness worked as advertised.
Installed on a 2023 lexus RX350 Sport.

Instructions don't included how to remove cargo area covers very well.
Also running the Pos battery lead from engine compartment to cargo area access will prove challenging to most.

Seem to have been the only provider that had what I needed. Ordering was pretty straight forward and simple and the order arrived as projected.

Pricing through E Trailer was quite a bit less than the shop could get it for.
Shipping was amazingly fast.

Shopping on etrailer as was the time in shipping and receiving the product was great. However the box was in very poor shape and completely open on one side. Surprisingly I was only missing one spring clip from the package.
The product itself was in great shape and I had an extra clip in my shed to replace the missing one which is why I didn't call customer service but I would recommend looking at the packaging.

Good! Can I get out of this faster. I would rather be working on my stuff!

It is a great product, relatively easy to install even for nonexperts, there is no need to cut the plastic on the Palisade model, install the bolts the other way, it is a bit harder to tighten them but not impossible. Also, the plastic pin that doesn't allow the bolt to go freely in, can be removed from the top (unscrew and then push the pin from the bottom). It took me more than 3 hours, I'm very slow and I didn't have all the tools available, also I removed the rear right tire to be able to remove the rubber piece that holds the exhaust, for me that was the longest part.

Updating an older trailer with new lights all the way around. Great products and service.

I used etrailer before and it always seems easy for me. I like the specific videos about my cars make, model & year

Received all parts in good condition- added electric brakes -wiring for the electric brakes, breakaway switch and replaced existing 7-connector wiring. Videos very helpful in showing how to install - making sure ordered correct parts... did not need to use any customer support. Still need to final adjust the brakes (with the 4" drop axels access to the adjusting slots is very limited - possibly could have tried to do with a screw driver - but have a Drexel Custom Brake Adjuster Tool 71-666 on order and planning on making the final adjustments needed once I have that adjustment tool. (Can hear magnets engaging when the brake controller is activated and just about locks up with tires off the ground - but only getting weak braking even with controller turned all the way up. Did not have any drag when installed (and did not attempt to manually adjust at that time since had the self adjusting type). Expecting once manually adjusted this issue will be resolved.
