We have an 03 Itasca Suncruiser that we have used extensively. The steps were worn out. I thought about changing out components but then did a search for a model number from the original steps. This lead me to eTrailer. Looking through their website I thought I had the right steps but called customer service to make sure. The process was easy the personal helpful everything you want. I placed my order and was surprised by how fast the folks at eTrailer filled the order and shipped it out. I haven't installed the new steps yet, but they are an exact match.
