The quality of the mirror is fair to poor. The metal is paper thin, The packaging was subpar. The packaging by etrailer was not much better. When I opened the box from etrailer the products had room to move and the package from the manufacturer fell apart, this allowed the one mirror to get scratched up. This mirror is being installed on a work truck so I'm not too concerned about a scratch or two but if it were being installed on my private truck I would not be happy at all. Etrailer should look for a high quality vendor
I needed new tires for my camper. After pricing some of the local shops I discovered that I could get them on etrailer at a lower cost and shipping was free. It was a no-brainer. Delivery was prompt and I am now all set to take the camper back on the road!

The Furrion camera I bought six years ago had a lens that had become so scratched it was like looking through a cloud. I bought a new one elsewhere, but it was only compatible with the Vision S monitor. Etrailer was the only site that would sell me the monitor separately, and at the best price. They also delivered it really fast. I should have started with them in the first place. Lesson learned for next time!

I live in south St Louis, about 30-40 minutes from E-Trailer. All my previous orders have been delivered promptly and I believe UPS was the delivery service. This time I ordered a small item and it took over 9 days to show up. USPS was the carrier. I constantly monitored the shipping progress and it appeared they are slow to move the package thru their system. I'm glad I didn't need it quickly. I don't believe USPS is a good service for your outstanding company. Just thought you needed to know, Guy N
It was easy to find and order from etrailer. Instalation was easy and they seem strong and well made. Did not try them yet, will be as soon as the weather warms up.

Everything went well, I like the hitch and have nothing bad to say about the hitch manufacturer. But the shipping company managed to take paint off the hitch down to the metal. Kind of ridiculous if you ask me!
