E-Trailer website is easy to use, customer service was great, and the hitch was shipped immediately upon order. I received it within 3 days of ordering. The videos on each hitch made selecting the right one easy for me. The instructions from Curt were lacking in detail, but the video from etrailer made the installation process easy.

Item was as described, good quality and delivered in a timely manner. I would recommened etrailer to anyone in need of trailer parts or other accessories.

Delivery was sooner than stayed. Packaging was not sufficient for shipping. Box had holes and tears leaving scoff marks and areas of paint missing. Hitch was of good quality and heavier than expected. I'm a DIY type and did this installation by myself. Not as easy as the video (video was very helpful). Removal of the old hitch was the easy part. Getting new hitch up in place was tough. But it was a perfect fit and looks great for what you can see.

Received product in good position and fast. Great experience

Really like the hitch, very well made. Wish i did not have to drill bigger holes and drop the tail pipe to install, but it should be simple.

So far so good. Very fast delivery. I would highly recommend etrailer. I would purchase again from them.

Looked for these connectors all over Tucson and Sierra Vista. I'm glad this site popped up on a google search. It has now been added to my favorites.

Purchased a set of Firestone Ride Rite Airbags and the staff was very prompt in updating me on the status of my purchase.

I ordered wrong side for towing mirror for truck and yes you took back my wrong order and even sent a shipping label. Now it cost 4.99 to ship it to me but your return label is going to cost well over $20. Not only that but the right side to get is going to cost extra $10.50. This will be my last order. I feel like I've been robbed going and coming.

Easy to install and love the product very fast delivery

When the 3rd and final box arrived it was damaged and ripped open on the end of the box and inside the bag with the hardware in it was also ripped open and was missing some nuts and washers. I realized these parts are heavy and hard to ship but I feel a little more care was taken everything would have shown up fine.
