This is my third receiver hitch I have purchased from ETRAILER.COM, the previous two worked great very easy to install great quality. I expect the same experience with this latest hitch purchase. I would definitely recommend ETRAILER.COM! Great service and great products!

Very easy to install and fit without any issues. Only challenge I had installing, I installed by myself, however, it still only took an hour to complete installation.
The shipping box had several holes, and thankfully the hardware was taped inside of hitch. Thank you for quality product.

Ordered a harder to find mounted tire and rim combo for my tent trailer, it ended up being cheaper and the color coating I was looking for. In the end the item even arrived quicker than estimated as well. Exactly as described!

Detailed instruction was a bit confusing due to the product rework on the base not having the slits as shown in the instruction manual, but hooks. Also need information on hooking up stabilizer cables.

Easy. Wish I knew more about wiring compatibility with my factory plug though. I added to my order about 30 min after placing it online and had to call a representative on the phone and he was able to bundle everything into my order so I could get free shipping.

Some delay on payment page (no choices showed and continue was greyed out) but i clicked back and forward again and card options showed up.

Went fine but I could not figure out to enter my space number in my address. I also wanted to get Installation Kit they mentioned in suggestions, but nothing came up under search. I suggest offering it on the same page as well as the Tensioners.

Price was fair so was the shipping but the item was sent in its original packaging box with a shipping lable attached to it

4 the part is quality,but the packaging was terrible. Both arms were hanging out of the box. It didn't help when the UPS driver drug it out of the van and on to the street. So packaging definitely needs work.

Ordering process was easy and the product arrived one day early. I had reservations about ordering the Hopkins easy lift tailgate assist product for my 2017 Toyota Tacoma because I did not know if it would work. I chatted with Kristen from etrailer.com and she assured me that it would work. It did work, only because I opened up the tailgate and rerouted the rear view camera cables away from the "Hole B" and made sure they would not conflict with the easy lift product. If I had not moved the cables, I believe the camera cables would keep getting pinched or even cut by the easy lift torsion bar. I would recommend anyone with a Toyota Tacoma tailgate camera to open up the tailgate and reroute the camera cables away from the easy lift torsion bar before you start the project.
