I purchased a Yakima rooftop rack for my son's 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The high quality item arrived on time as advertised and in excellent condition. We installed it today with no complications. Etrailer provided very useful installation videos which helped to interpret the written instructions. This is the third rooftop rack I have purchased from etrailer. My experiences from all three purchases were very similar.

Just installed the hitch receiver & the plug an play trailer wire harness on my 2016 audi q5. Tips. When removing bumper cover just set it aside protect it with blankets or whatever, u Do Not need to disconnect all the wires, make sure not to pull or tug on bumper wire harness, but this made things way faster.yes 2 people are better then 1 But I did 98% myself and asked wife to give me a hand for just few sec. Now for the wire harness in the hatch u do have a few screws then u just have to play a bit to pop the clips take ur time. Finding a location was a little tricky I ended up putting the black box inside the sheet metal of hatch with the peel an stick pad made it secure. And now feed most wires inside the sheet metal to the taillights plugs. I then bundled up the extra wire zip tie it and feed it back inside the hatch everything is out of the way hiding Now I found the power yellow wire was just a tad short running pass the hing behind the side trim down to battery but im sure this was because of my location, so I did make mine longer with a couple butt connectors, and u can put a smaller loop end on also, the one that is on will work but seem kinda big.etrailer YouTube videos help a lot.
