I ordered Thule bike rack parts, received promptly. No problems and would order from etrailer again.

Fast and easy. The Hitch arrive on time, but the box was torn. There is some minor dent/damage on the driver side mounting plate. I just use a hammer and file to remove the dent and paint it with black epoxy primer to make it fit/flat along the RAV4 frame.

Got what we needed! Their descriptions and measurements of product helped immensely get the right lights! Highly recommend!

This hitch is fantastic. Installation is straight forward. Having the puck system in our 2019 Silverado 2500HD made things go a lot smoother. One thing to note...this hitch assembly is HEAVY. Having extra help around would make things a lot easier. The hitch shipped via freight and arrived with two boxes on a single pallet. Total weight came in at 280lbs. Like I said, it's on the heavier side. Something else to keep in mind; you'll need a torque wrench that can get to at least 110 ft lbs. for tightening some of the bolts. If you don't have one you can usually rent them at Autozone, etc.
I installed the hitch and the next day we made our first 12,000 lb. pull with it, which went very smoothly. Overall a great purchase!

Haven't been able to put it on, but came as expected and with all the parts nicely bundled up and attached to the hitch, so they wouldn't get lost if the box broke in transit, which it did.

Everytime we order from etrailer.com the customer service is exceptional. Only once have we had to return an item and Kim helped us get the correct item and return the wrong one pretty easily.
This time we needed a replacement oven door and we ordered and had the new door in a couple of days.

Part number was easy to look up and the product fit the description. Sick of ordering on Amazon and having to send back bc it doesn't fix description.

Received on time and as promised and the how to video was very useful as it covered all issues to cover during install. I did not trim the bumper where the hitch pushes against it and it still looks great.

Very fast and easy to deal with, my first shipment was missing items, with a quick call everything was taken care of and the missing items were delivered 2 days later.
