When purchasing, the website showed delivery in 4 days, which was the reason I ordered. It turns out that the delivery informed is delivery from etrailer's warehouse, not delivery at my porch. This is not clear on the website and it was very disappointing. I had to buy the parts from other sources to be able to get my trailer fixed in time for my trip.

Although the hitch came fast, I must say Packaging was the weak point. No bubble wrap, or plastic wrap or any sort of protection for the hitch. Box had several holes in it when arrived and hitch had no protection and had wear spots down to bear metal. I contacted retailer and while they did understand my concerns they offered me a $20 credit for a can of Rust-Oleum spray paint to touch up the hitch. I don't understand how placing a heavy hitch in a box and shipping it without any protection would be the best method.

I ordered a part required for flat towing my vehicle, but I needed it by the expected delivery date since I had an appointment to get my vehicle serviced which included the part coming from eTrailer. Well, not only did the part arrive on time, but it actually arrived a couple days ahead of the expected delivery date. I believe this part arrived ahead of expected delivery is because the order was processed and subsequently shipped the same day I placed the order. Thank you eTrailer for such quick service!

Had trouble finding what I wanted on line. But a phone call get everything fixed and my 24x60 tv bumper rack arrived. Great quality as described. I have a small 14 ft trailer and sadly it cannot fold up as I had hoped But I'm stilled thrilled with it!
