When it arrived it was wrapped in plastic and it looked fine after unwrapping I saw small dents on both legs on one side. I don't think it is enough to impact its function. But it's not right if it is going to be handled rough you should pack it better for shipment.

I purchased this Stealth hitch with the tow kit and took it to a local hitch shop (which also happens to be a Stealth dealer) for installation on my 2024 Volvo XC90 Recharge. The hitch itself looks great, but the installer was unable to get the wiring harness to work appropriately for towing even after having the software updated (extra $300). Looks like I'll need to purchase an alternative wiring harness and a bluetooth brake controller to get my Volvo in a tow-ready state. Buying the OEM hitch through the dealer would have saved me a lot of money, time, and headache.
