Very easy to order trailer parts and the items arrived in a couple days. The items fit perfectly on our trailers and saved us money.

I went on a little splurge with Etrailer. We're in the process of buying an Arctic Fox 1150 slide in truck camper. This baby is 3358 dry weight, which I have seen in various posts isn't even an accurate dry weight. I digress. We have a 9 hour drive each way to pick it up so we want to make sure the truck is rigged to bring it home without any handling issues. So we bought Timbren Rear Axel suspension enhancements, and Supersprings SuperSwey stops. I have a 2024 F350 and this model requires 2- 1 inch spacers (total of 4) each side for the Timbrens. All very easy to install with some basic mechanical knowledge. I'm certainly no automotive mechanic. I also bought the Torklift front and rear frame mount camper tie downs and Fastguns. Brackets went on mostly easy. They are a little more challenging. I haven't used those or the Fastguns yet, as I haven't picked up the camper yet. I'm still debating on the Torklift stableloads. The cost doesn't seem to justify the problem. Most items arrived quickly and everything was well packaged. I'm totally satisfied (so far) with everything purchased from etrailer.

Ordered new rails for my fifth wheel, website said will fit my truck but when I received it instructions said won't fit. Called for clarification, Brandon was very helpful, rushed new rails and paid return postage.

You guys send me wrong hit, call you back so you can replace it, customer mad, received item back now all good that is why I give you 4 stars

Nice informative site with videos describing products and their application. Haven't installed mine yet but so far so good.

The side clearance lites described in the catalogue were a perfect replacement for the ones I was replacing. Measurements were a match!

Delivery was relatively fast (issue reported on Friday, received Wednesday). But I reported two things were missing from my original order: M6 x 16 flat washer (missing two, shipment had 10) and M6 spring washer (missing 1 received 0). So I'm still missing a piece to complete the install (and can't install any of it base kit, RCL/RCH 4 kit, and rails).

At this point it's one spring washer, I'm going to see if the local hardware store has it.

Had an issue with damaged in shipping product and they were so willing to resolve this issue

Always a smooth process when ordering and great parts, but I ordered the wrong part.

Delivered on time with no issues. The quality is awesome and other than wrestling with the weight - installing was easy. The box could have been reinforced a bit since the sharp edges ripped through. Would buy again - in fact I did - one for my daughter and one for me!
