Needed to lower my Quickr Mach II bike rack to make it easier to load and unload heavy e bikes via ramp. Fits very snug in 2 1/2" receiver on my F350. USPS misplaced my order so e trailer shipped a replacement via second day air, so it can arrive on time.

I placed my order and it was here in 2 days. Thats amazing service.

After 3 hours of trying to get the hitch to align properly, I noticed the flange on the drivers side was bent inward which prevented proper alignment. The original packing came extremely damaged with parts of the hitch protruding outside the packaging which is probably why the hitch was damaged. I spoke with Sara in customer service on 3/7/24 who is shipping a new replacement hitch. Daniel B. Sent the Return Goods Authorization 3538-*******-756-17. I have attached the RGA to the package and will be taking it to UPS for return.

I was more than happy with the tracking and the time that I had recieved my products. They were also very well packaged.

The locking screws were a little tight but a quick shot of silicone helped a lot. The side mirrors were stiff but using my two thumbs to press down, I was able to adjust it. I do know that the set screw and the mirror won't move on their own.

I could have bought cheaper (or about the same) on Amazon, but trailer has quality parts. And I don't have to worry if the part will last or not. Quality camper door latch/lock

Was easy enough. Prior to this purchase I purchased fenders for my Karcaddy dolly but they were poorly made of plastic. After about 4,000 miles they have fallen apart. That's why I am now purchasing metal fenders which hopefully will last.

Was ok. But trailer broke out of corner of box. Some scuffed paint but all the parts were there.

The techs on the phone were very professional and knowledgeable with the items I eventually ordered for my RV.
