Needed a 2 inch hitch extension so I could use a bicycle rack on my Tesla. Found what I needed and ordered. The order arrived as expected. The extension fits. The only slight issue is that the bike rack is a very tight fit. A good thing because you don't want the rack to jiggle about but makes it a bit difficult to put the rack into the extension. I'll probably just leave the rack on the extension and mount the whole thing to the car when I need it.

The last few cars I've had I decided to order the hitch from etrailer.com. From the ease of the website to fast delivery it has been a great experience. The latest hitch was for a new redesigned 2024 Chevrolet Trax. Purely a hitch for bike rack. It was the easiest installation yet, no dropping exhaust, it bolted right in, a second person helps. Etrailer is always my first choice.

Our shop has bought many, many products from ETRAILER and 90% of them have been great experiences.including this one. I was asking hard questions to the tech lady helping me and instead of BS her way thru it like alot of people do in some companies, she put me on hold to find out the CORRECT information. When people do that it tells me they care.I dont care if someone doesn't know all the answers to questions as long as they care enough to get the right one.
