I received my hitch assembly quicker than I imagined. I have yet to install so I cannot report on that aspect. I do have minor reservations because part of the assembly was protruding out of a tear in the box, which I photographed should it become a problem. That is the only reason that I rated my shopping experience at four stars instead of five.

Did a lot of research for a rooftop cargo box and shopped around for the Profile18 from Malone only to find eTrailer had the best price and by far the most informative product page and resources (even watched some really helpful video reviews posted by eTrailer). I've never had a bad experience with eTrailer and this order was no different. The cargo box showed up in immaculate condition, vertically secured to a pallet to prevent crushing, well done!
