Purchased from etrailer.com because of the helpful installation videos. The shipping box had two giant holes in it (one of them taped over) from the heavy hitch that we purchased. There wasn't any internal packing material to stop the hitch from rolling around the box. The hitch could have crushed the other components we purchased. The other components we ordered seem to be fine, but I haven't installed them yet. If they are damaged, then I will update this review.

Great shopping experience! Hitch had a few scratches on it but otherwise looks to be in good shape. Will install soon.

Ordered a Moryde cushioned pin box for my fifth wheel. It was delivered by truck freight. When it arrived, it was not on a pallet or any other type of packaging to protect it. The delivery driver just picked it up from the back of the truck and brought it out then literally dropped on my gravel driveway. When we called Moryde, they said it should have shipped on a pallet. If you order a pin box, reject it immediately if it does not come on a pallet or be missing any packaging. The front of the pin box is now scratched up and it's not centered properly. Etrailer says it's fine and I can use spray paint to fix the scratches since I already signed for it. It's a $700 item and now it has scratches all over the front of it. We have a call into Moryde to make sure it's still usable. Beware if you get anything shipped via truck!

I purchased a 5th wheel install kit that was custom tailored to my truck. It was easy to install.

I 0rdered parts for a truck that I didn't have yet and when the truck arrived I saw that the parts would not fit. The folks at eTrailer sent me a return label and a refund and then guided me to the correct parts that I needed to order for my truck. The people at eTrailer are ones to do business with.

Fifth wheel hitch was easy to assemble and operate. Seems to handle the trailer just fine.

Awning drive shaft snapped in two with awning open. I was able to tie the awning to a tree but could not close it to get home. Etrailer saved the day with a new power head and two day shipping thanks.

I havent had to use the traikler hitch yet but it arrived as promised and appears to be a great product. The website was very helpful in ordering
