It fits perfectly. Easy to install. E-trailer video was easy to follow and understand. It was also specific to my vehicle.

I bought the 2 1/2 in Bulletproof Hitch and what an awesome product. It is so well made that I don't think anything could go wrong with it. Last hitch I will buy in my lifetime.

This product arrived fast and is well constructed!

Ordered an xTerra trailer hitch receiver, a hitch and ball and electrical kit. Everything shipped quick and was delivered on time. Packaging wasn't done properly enough, the 2 brackets pierced the box and were sticking out of it and got all scratched up. Also the hitch and ball part was inside the box unwrapped and musy have been rattling and bouncing around in there, scratching the paint all over the receiver. Installation and functionality was fine, but very annoying getting brand new parts all scratched up because of poor packaging.

Received my ordered hitch on the date expected. Box was beat up due to shipping and minor scratches on the mounting brackets that were exposed. Slight alignment issue with the mounting holes but was able to spread apart as suggested and install was easy. I was able to install on my own.

This hitch is a lot better than the 1 I put on my crv Honda a few years ago. This hitch is going on my cross trek and its so well made I have no worries that it's going to do what I will be using it for. I'm so pleased with e-trailer.

Ordered a tandem axle hanger kit. Came in as expected, on time and well packaged. Brackets are heavy duty (as they should be), kit included all necessary parts- cotter pins, lock nuts, etc. The website is a little overwhelming but, overall, I would recommend etrailer. I will use them again in the future.

I wish there had been a custom trailer wiring harness available for my 2021 Chevy Volt EV, but other than that I was happy with my purchase. The new hitch fit perfectly and was easy to install.

I searched and found what I wanted, called and talk to a sales person who was very helpful and I was very satisfied at this point, now I am just waiting for delivery.PILE OF $#*!
