This is the second time I've used etrailer for parts that I needed. Thank you for making it easy to pick out and get what I needed to complete flat towing for my Ram. The how to videos make it a breeze on installation. Thank you for the great prices on everything. I will definitely choose etrailer in the future for the next thing I need for my Ram or my motor coach.

Very efficient; easily searched stock and selected purchase. Etrailer identified the replacement tire tube as the one needed for my Yakima trailer, giving added assurance that was what I needed.

Seems like a great hitch. I just installed it this past weekend, so haven't used it yet, but it went on easily enough. The installation video was perfect. ***One important thing to note: Open your box and check for the recommended tools BEFORE you start. I thought I had everything I needed the day of, but realized extensions for the torque wrench. I got a 3 pack of different lengths and only ended up using the 10", which is CRITICAL to reach some of the bolts above the exhaust. It installed fairly easily and quickly, so long as you have all the tools ready.

A few other points:
- I borrowed a torque wrench from Autozone for free; you have to pay for it up front, about $100, but you get it all back when you return it.
- I installed it by myself, one person. I chose NOT to lift the 2022 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid SX that we have, since I was alone and I was able to use my abdomen to help lift the hitch as I screwed in two horizontal bolts on the exhaust side first. If you do ask someone to help, it should really only take a few minutes to have them help hold it up while you start the bolts; the rest is easily done alone.
- If you have a impact driver, do yourself a favor and get a bendable extension for it along with a 1/2" socket adapter...then you can use that to tighten most of your bolts before you go in with the torque wrench.

It looked like a straight forward installation. However...I think I may have ordered rhe wrong harness because both have the same errors.
I wish the wire tubing came with the wiring harness package to run the wires through and to the battery etc...
