The package arrived minorly damaged but not enough I was worried the contents inside had been harmed. After quickly queueing up the installation video I removed the plugs as stated and began readying to install the Hitch. One note and the reason I did not give this Five stars is the video claims you can install the hitch without needing to remove the exhaust however in my experience installing there is no way to tighten the driver front nut without removing it as the flange off the exhaust pipe blocks a majority of the extenders or ratchets I had and using a wrench was out of the question because of how tight the location is. I believe if etrailer wants this claim of the product to hold true they should demonstrate it as such in the video. I digress however and aside from that the install was very smooth and quick including using the fishwires through the holes and lastly tightening the other three bolts.
I additionally purchased the Curt 4-Flat Wiring harness and much like the hitch having etrailer's install video made the process quick and painless and I was done in less than 15mintues.

Great hitch, 9 inch drop is perfect for a Ram 2500 4x4. The 3 ball hitch is perfect for all my trailers! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a good drop hitch.
