Only giving a three rating at moment cause I have not yet had the chance to install it to see if it fits. Shipping was fast although I never got an email with confirmation when it was ship like it said I would so had no idea when it was arriving and in the description made it sound like this was a heavy duty rust free bracket but it's nothing but a peace of plastic so naturally it's not goi g to rust

I have ordered several items for our motorhome. I have always had a very good experience.

The setup was manageable. I did use the setup video to speed up the process. It took some time getting used to mount my bike onto the rack. Thankfully the bike rack fits 2' hitch U-Haul installed.

The sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Quick and easy with the ability to search by vehicle. The only thing would be that it should be better packages as the hitch busted out of the box on two corners. Fortunately there was no damage to the hitch other than a few paint chips I touched up.
