Bought this for a 2020 Volvo XC90. Install took about two hours (I had never removed body panels before this project). Written instructions are fair, but the install video is fantastic. I did NOT have to trim the heat shield on my vehicle. Instructions don't tell you how wide to cut the opening in the bottom of the bumper fascia. I cut 4 inches (centered), which was perfect for the receiver (roughly 3-3/4 inches). The only challenge was tightening the new bolts--it's impossible to get a torque wrench on the heads because of Volvo's bumper design.

My BW Continuim hitch was easy to install and adjust. I have not been on a trip with it yet but after a short test drive, I am very optimistic. I have not installed the tire pressure monitors yet so I can't comment.

I went with etrailer because of their vehicle specific installation videos, although much harder to install than the 60 minutes the instructions claimed I did accomplish installing the hitch and wiring over a weekend. Items arrived OK but not much left of the box, it took a beating in shipping.
