Shipping was fast. Packaging was good because although the outer box was broken in transit creating a hole, smaller parts inside were stapled to the inside preventing them from falling out. Products were high quality and fit perfectly to my vehicle model.

This was the easiest installation ever! Thank you so much to your customer service team advising us which one to use.
I was glad to review the installation video before purchasing the hitch receiver, which made installation very smooth. I would recommend using a paint marker on the heads of the bolts to provide a quick visual check for movement (backing) of the bolts. You wouldn't necessarily have to check each bolt with manual torque, just look for slippage of the mark and reapply if needed.
The Instruction is preferred to be with tighten order and the torque.

Converter replacement listed at a fair price, arrived in just under a week. Converter was exact fit. Had 3 more 12V circuits than the old converter. Has LED indicators for each circuit.

I purchased a lock for my trailer coupler because I needed one that was a little wider than the reese one I bought on amazon. This lock was no better quality than the Reese lock but cost twice as much. Etrailer prices are high.
I ordered a 3/16" flare end tee fitting, and by golly so far it works! My brakes only blew the soft lines so far 😅
