I ordered mirror extensions and a new 7-way connector with an 8' cord. The cord was placed into the box with the mirror extensions without any protection. Note: The mirror extensions are packaged with their own box, because the cord did not have a box the mirror extension box was opened at your warehouse and the large cord was placed inside. When I received the shipment, the box was not damaged but the cord had rubbed against the outer surface of the mirror extension and created a noticeable blemish on the surface.
The steps are working great and were and easy install. We did have to adjust the mounting studs whuch we think were misaligned by the original steps colliding with the construction cone.
This is my 3rd trailer hitch from e trailer. The first 2 was a great experience. Very easy to shop and order.
