I love your installation videos. I watched the video and followed the instructions as I installed my hitch.
Badly damaged package didn't open yet so don't know if product was damaged from what's exposed it doesn't appear so
Part was VERY loose in receiver. Could not use. Was offered yet another part to buy to tie down the first part that didn't fit right. Not acceptable.
Very quick shipping but there were 2 holes in the box and one side of the hitch receiver was through one hole and was slightly scuffed but the damage was only cosmetic and not functional. Nothing was sticking out of the other hole so something else may have poked it during shipping. Installation was more difficult than in the instruction video because of a tighter fit than depicted; I had to use a jack to press the hitch receiver in place in order to bolt it on. Otherwise the hitch receiver is stable and robust, of high manufacturing quality, and I would recommend it to others.

I had problems installing the first wiring harness that I bought from a different vendor- they had no customer service. Ordered a harness from etrailer that was exactly the same type- their customer service helped me resolve the problem that I was having and it works perfectly.
