This is the fourth receiver hitch I have purchased from E Trailer, and three survived shipping. However number four did not survive UPS. The Good Folks at E Trailer are taking great care of me and shipping a replacement. All of my interactions with the guys and gals at E Trailer have been fantastic. This is one of the few companies that a human being will answer the phone, it does not get any better than that.

After searching all over the internet for this product I finally found it on e trailer.
Delivery time was exceptional and the product matched the description as describe.

You have to drill all the wholes, but it works.

This is the second time I ordered this trailer package. When I ordered the light package a few years ago, I quickly changed out the original trailer lights which were nothing but trouble since first bought. The new set has been working great with no issues. I've been very impressed and pleased, so much that I ordered a set for my son to upgrade his boat trailer lights. Etrailer gave me a great price and delivered my purchase (5th wheel hitch) quickly. Finding the right equipment for my truck on the etrailer website was also easy and accurate. What's not to like?

We ordered the keys for our car top carrier and they came quickly and fit perfect.

Installed new fan motor and screen. It works, but only on one speed, not three. Everything was packaged well.

Purchased 5th wheel bracket kit B&W RVR2600. Install took about 6 hrs. We'll built kit. Delivered quickly. Only issue was passenger side bracket and u bolt fitment touched exhaust tail pipe and caused rattle. Easily resolved by cutting ubolt 1/2" shorter and trimmed bracket corner off. Then it was all good...
