I find the eTrailer videos so helpful. Sometimes I check the prices at other places, but I find the eTrailer prices are right in line. I like the selection and feel the products are good quality, and I like to support American industry when I can.
Everything I ordered was accurate and on time.Ordered for a specific vehicle that is brand new and the hitch and light harness are spot on.
It fit as was expected. Installation was straightforward. Directions were clear and easy to read. I didn't drop the exhaust as the directions stated. The receiver can be wormed into position without dropping. It was about a 30 minute install.
Ordered as a replacement for my Coachmen Apex. It was delivered quickly, and in good condition. Have not installed yet.
Shipped via Estes who said it was not in trailer packed by etrailer. Talked with 3 separate people at etrailer and got different story each time. First told me it was delivered. Second told me Estes had it. Third told me Estes reported it was not on trailer. All told me I had to wait 4 or 5 days for dock search. Finally arrived and never did hear what the issue was. Very frustrating.

I replaced my 2018 Crosstrek with a 2024 Crosstrek Limited. My first order after getting my new car was to etrailer for the hitch and wiring. Installation went well and it looks great. I have a lot of confidence in the etrailer product and Curt wiring.
Very loose fitting not gonna work for me. Also kind of a pain the set.

Ordered B&W Companion hitch and when it was delivered the base plate box had been roughed up a bit. One of bands around the box was missing and the box had a hole in it. After opening and inventory of the contents the two vertical mounting plates the head unit sets on were MIA. Called Mike and he squared it all away had them 3 days after notification.
Box was breaking at corners with parts of hitch being exposed. Box requires more padding. Hardware and instructions taped to hitch so no chance of falling out of box. Quick shipping!
My order was delayed and shipped in two separate packages. I received one. I emailed the company. They responded within 15 hours.
