This is not my first purchase with e trailer. They had the locks for my new truck receiver and camper hitch. Quick shipping and good customer service.
Searching for parts is quick, easy and accurate! Prices are competitive and most of the time lowest you can find. Only issue I have is their selection of USPs for shipping because they are notoriously terrible. My last shipment was supposed to arrive on April 26th and was delayed until May 3.
The Thule bike rack part fits and works exactly as the original. Happy to have the rack operational again.

The hydraulic legs did not look like a new part. The box was falling apart. Parts that were in bags were in the box floating around. E-tailer needs to work on packaging and shipping. Product works and no missing
