Received item earlier than expected and was as described. Good communications from eTrailer.com throughout, including info tips and delivery checkup.
Web site was very informative, prices were reasonable and shipping was fast.
It would have been a better experience if you would have stated upfront in the videos that these stabilizers needed welding to the RV frame. It took another $600 to get the stabilizer on the RV. Now I have $1,000 into a system I was expecting only $400.
Having said that, the stabilization of the RV is far beyond what the stamped metal stabilizers provided. They are a vast improvement and I do not regret the purchase.

The provider tires I purchase here are the best and longest lasting trailer tires I have found. And the tire stores around me don't sell them. I haul a 10k lbs kubota everyday and these tires last a long time.
Ordered a hitch with adjustable height as we bought a truck and our present towing ball with sway bars would have been to high. Haven't used it yet but looks like it will be perfect
Had to cancel part of my order because it was out of stock but customer service was top notch. The installation video online was very easy to follow. Will shop here again for my future needs.

When the unit was delivered, the cardboard box had multiple rips and tears. I truly believe that it was the fault of the delivery company / driver. It was heavy and probably needed a two man team.

This is an awesome product, with many different mounting options. Easy to figure out which one will work for you, all th mounting hardware that you need. Their hold down system is very nice and robust, very happy with this box. Shipping was great I had ready to install in 3 days.
Everything arrived as expected. A little scratches on the assembly but that's to be expected when shipping a 104lb part. UPS had to add additional straps around the box to hold everything together.
I ordered a specific type of Thule tamper proof wrench and when I tested it, it was the correct tool. All good!
